In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made and fact that no information was given about death and respondent No.11 is died during the pendency of the Regular civil suit. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Amendment is to be carried out immediately in appeal memo. Issue notice to the legal representatives. It is made returnable on 30/11/2015.
