PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner points out the order dated 22.11.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.7705 of 2012 filed by the petitioner earlier and submits that this Court had directed the State Government to take decision upon the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel further submits that the said proposal is not yet decided by the State Government.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the policy has undergone change. However, the learned A.G.P. accepts that no decision has been taken on the said proposal by the State Government.

In light of the above, the respondentState shall pass orders on its own merits on the proposal submitted as per the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7705 of 2012 dated 22.11.2012 expeditiously and preferably within three (03) months from today. The learned A.G.P. shall communicate this order to the concerned. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
