In other similar matters, this court has granted withdrawal of 75% amount, which has been deposited in this court in lieu of compensation. As such, same order will follow. 3.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar(Judicial). The applicants are also permitted to withdraw further 25% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date, on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar(Judicial). Civil application is accordingly disposed of.

Since the acquiring body has deposited entire amount as per the order dated 28/09/2021, the stay application is hereby made absolute in terms of prayer clause "B". Civil application is accordingly disposed of .
