The petitioners are claiming to be reimbursed in light of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

We dispose of these writ petitions by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of each of petitioners' proposals independently on

931wp7840-25 their own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if they are found entitled to get reimbursement, disburse the amount to them within a period of four weeks thereafter.
