PER COURT :- 1.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the criminal application no.1871 of 2020, criminal application is allowed and the applicant is allowed to assist the learned APP while conducting hearing of BA No.1152 of 2020 and disposed off.

The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.222 of 2020 registered with Dharur Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. His application

bearing Cri.Bail Appln no.304 of 2020 with similar prayer came to be rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon vide order dated 23.9.2020. 3.

Heard both sides.

On going through the allegations made in the complaint and on perusal of the investigation papers, though I fnd name of the applicant is mentioned in the FIR with the specifc role attributed to him, however, the applicant came to be arrested in connection with the present crime on 29.8.2020. Investigation is almost over and formality of fling the charge-sheet is only remained. It further appears that the injuries on the person of the informant are simple in nature. There is no criminal history. Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant, with certain conditions. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

I.

Application is hereby allowed.

II.

Applicant ARJUN S/O. DNYANOBA KENDRE in connection with Crime No.222 of 2020 registered with Dharur Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety of the like amount on the following conditions :- a] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

b] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 8 am to 11 am till fling of the charge sheet.
