ORDER:- IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5731 OF 2024 :

Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 5 Mannumiya Inamdar, who admittedly died on 04.03.2021, by condoning the delay of only 1113 days. It appears that in other Civil Revision Application the legal representatives of aforesaid

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.

It appears that in other Civil Revision Application the legal representatives of aforesaid respondent are already brought on record. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
