Nobody appeared for the petitioner on the last date i.e. 12.06.2025 and in order to grant one opportunity, the matter was adjourned for today. It was specifically observed that if nobody appears for the petitioner, appropriate orders for dismissing the petition in default would be passed. 3.

It is thus, clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. As such, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
