DATE : 14.07.2022 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected matters 50% of the amount out of deposited amount has been permitted to be withdrawn. Hence applicants be permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount on furnishing undertaking to the reference Court at Jalgaon. Learned counsel further submits that the amount is deposited before this Court and it be transferred to the reference Court Jalgaon. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel as well as in connected matters withdrawal of 50% is permitted hence I pass the following order.

ORDER

(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount as per their share.

(ii) The amount deposited here be transferred to the reference Court Jalgaon. The reference Court to transmit the undertaking to this Court after compliance. (iv) Remaining 50% amount be deposited in fxed deposit. ( S.G. DIGE,) JUDGE ysk
