The petitioner management is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of initial refusal of permission to respondent no. 5's school to start 8th standard stating that the petitioners' school was barely within 500 meters distance. Vide a communication dated 28.09.2017, the order was recalled on 16.10.2017, and in spite of continues representations by the petitioners, respondent no. 3 has not been considering the petitioners' representations. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on petitioners' representation dated 18.03.2024 (Exh. 'K') as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today.
