After hearing learned counsel for some time and after discussing about quantum of maintenance awarded by the trial court as well as cases pending between the parties from time to time, both the learned counsels, on instructions, agree to dispose of present Revision Application on the following conditions :- (i) The husband is ready and willing to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.5,000/- per month to the child as maintenance from the date of application filed before the Family Court. (ii) The husband undertakes to deposit arrears in six installments within a period of six months from today.

907-CRI.REVN NO.82 OF 2021.odt (iii) Both the parties agree that the maintenance amount for the wife and child shall be transferred by electronic mode in the account of the wife, on or before 10th day of every month and the compliance to be given to the learned Family Court.

(iv) The husband undertakes to pay arrears either by electronic mode or by way of cheque directly to the wife as agreed. 2.

With this understanding, present Revision Application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order shall be placed before the Family Court for compliance.
