Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP appearing for the State.

We are not inclined to entertain the prayer clause-B. However, there is innocuous prayer in terms of prayer clause-C. In the light of above we direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the pending representations of the petitioner dated 18.11.2014 and 03.10.2015, if already not decided, on its own merits and after scrutiny of the record maintained by the office of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, as expeditiously as possible however, within three months from today. Needless to observe that, we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised either in the petition or in

( 2 ) wp11605.16 the said representations and it is left open to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that all the points on merits including the contention that the claim is barred by limitation are kept open.
