The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to Respondent No.3 / Sub-Divisional Officer, Beed to decide the pending Appeal No.2018/ROR/Kavi1035/A.1. 2.

We find from the Roznama placed on record that the Appeal is at the stage of deciding the application for condonation of delay. The matter was closed for orders on 17.07.2019. Since then, there has been no further hearing. The SubDivisional Officer has written on the Roznama

2 wp 8641.2022 dated 15.01.2020, that time is extended. Even thereafter, there is no further development.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the certified copy of the Roznama have been recently obtained and the matter has not progressed.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- A] Respondent No.3 shall issue notices to the contesting parties i.e. the Petitioner and Vishwanath Kisan Sharnagat and Tejas Vishwanath Sharnagat. Notices shall be issued, on or before 30.08.2022.

B] The hearing in the matter shall be scheduled on 21.09.2022.

C] The order on the application for delay condonation shall be passed on or before 10.10.2022.
