The application is filed for condonation of delay of 870 days caused in filing application for setting aside the order of refusal of registration of second appeal made by the learned Registrar Judicial and for setting aside the said order. Heard the learned counsel for applicants. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made and as the advocate is taking blame to himself, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by the Registrar Judicial, refusing registration of the second appeal is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.
