The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are only praying for a decision on their representation dated 18.06.2022 at page No.55 of the petition paper book, by the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. All these 5 petitioners have signed on the said representation. They are only praying for their placement in the seniority list after their inter district transfer. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer, we are not issuing notice to the Zilla Parishad.

Let respondent No.3 / C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar consider the representation dated 18.06.2022 on it' s own merits and in accordance with the Law and policies applicable. 5.
