We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner and the Respondent no. 5 stood retired from the same institution. Now the Petitioner wants some acts of Respondent no. 5, to be investigated into. According to him, Respondent no. 5 has committed acts which could be punishable under Sections 420, 463, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. He, however, concedes that he has not lodged an FIR against Respondent no.5.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
