Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides. When this Court expressed disinclination to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Leave granted. The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Considering the nature of the trial and the incident took place in the year 2024, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within one year.

It is clarified that if any matter is expedited either by the Honourable Supreme Court or this Court, then the Trial Court shall

Needless to mention that it is a sessions trial and word "sessions" means once it is started it shall not be stopped till it is concluded. If the trial is not concluded within one year, the applicant is at liberty to file an application for grant of bail before the Trial Court. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court is directed to decide the same on its own merits.
