Challenging the suspension order dated 25th May, 2016, the petitioner has filed this petition.

Having gone through the impugned suspension order and having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we do not find any ground to interfere into the impugned suspension order. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that he has reported at the headquarter - Panchayat Samiti, Jalna where he has been ordered to report in pursuance to the impugned suspension order, but the respondents are not allowing him to report.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, on the other hand submits that the petitioner did not report at the place where he is supposed to report in pursuance to the impugned order. 4.

Be that as it may, we dispose of this petition by directing the petitioner to report at Panchayat Samiti, Jalna tomorrow at 11.00 a.m.. The respondents shall then proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.

We also record the statement made by the respondents in their reply that as soon as the petitioner reports, the subsistence allowance will be released in his favour.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is disposed of.

In view thereof, pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
