The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioner No. 1 is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The validation proceedings are pending since January 2020.

In case the proposals for validation of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the respondent, then the respondent shall endeavour to decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably by 15th September, 2021.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on
