This is a third successive bail application. First bail application bearing BA No.81 of 2019 fled by the present applicant came to be withdrawn when this Court (Coram : Mangesh S. Patil, J.) expressed its disinclination to grant relief and second bail application no.873 of 2019 fled by the present applicant came to be disposed off on 27.8.2019 (Coram : V.K.Jadhav, J.) as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to fle an application before the trial court for expeditious hearing of the case. Learned counsel though insisted to hear this bail application on merits again, however, when this Court expressed disinclination to consider this application again without there being any change in circumstance, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this bail aaa/-
