When this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He, however, makes further submission that since the applicant is expected to appear for the examination up to 3rd July, 2023, he may be permitted to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 4th July, 2023.

Only with a view to ensure that the academic year of the applicant is saved, the said undertaking is accepted. In view of the said undertaking, applicant to surrender before Investigating officer on 4th July, 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
