The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a feeding mother and seeks transfer at convenient place. The age of the child is nine months.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Ms. Zaware, the learned advocate appears for the respondent No. 3.

The petitioner on 30th May, 2019 has applied to the Chief Executive Officer for transferring her at a convenient place, as she is transferred 63 K.M. away from her residential place.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a feeding mother and child is nine months old, the respondent No. 3 shall consider the application filed by the petitioner (page 21) expeditiously and make an endeavour to place the petitioner at the place of convenient in the available vacancies. The decision shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
