Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for the respondent - insurance company.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.1 lakh from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

The balance amount be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for

Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.

In view of the fact that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount of compensation, ad-interim order passed on 1st October, 2015, is made absolute. Civil Application for stay stands disposed of.
