1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

2] In brief, it is the say of the applicant that the notice of appeal was sent to the respondent no.4 as per the address given in the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal. He further submits that the applicant is unaware of any other address than given in the cause title of the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal.

3] Considering the submissions advanced in the light of facts stated in the application supported by the affidavit satisfying the cause to allow the applicant to serve the respondent no.4 by way of substituted service, I am inclined to allow the application.

4] The application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of publication charges directly to the concerned newspaper.
