This is an application for condonation of delay of 426 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence the following order:

The delay of 426 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned subject to condition that in case the amount of compensation is enhanced, the appellants shall not be entitled for the amount of interest for the delayed period.
