The matter was listed yesterday, however, none appears for the Respondent. Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the Respondent.

The claim for transfer is opposed on

2 MCA No.103/17 the ground that non-applicant is ready and willing to pay travel expenses to the applicant. However, in absence of any assistance on the part of non-applicant in quantifying the travel conveyance allowance, the said submission of the non-applicant is rejected.

Considering the convenience and hardship, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
