The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his pending proposal dated 24.12.2020, seeking a validity Certificate for his claim of belonging to the Koli Mahadeo, (ST) category, be decided within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits that if the petitioner extends appropriate cooperation, the claim would be decided by 31.03.2024.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation and would not seek an adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds.
