Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.043 of 2023 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The prosecution case is that when the informant asked coaccused why he gave cut to his motorcycle, he was annoyed. Thereafter, there were abuses hurled and the incident happened. The injured has suffered simple injuries. The weapon used in the crime has been recovered. The chargesheet has been filed. The applicant is languishing in jail since 05.03.2023. The trial may

939-BA-992-23.odt take its time. To conclude the trial, no purpose would serve the purpose by keeping the applicant behind bar. Hence, the order:- i) Bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Yogesh @ Bhaiyya Nandkumar Pankade be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.043 of 2023 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that, (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
