Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier had filed Writ Petition No. 2105 of 2020. This Court on 20.07.2020 disposed of the writ petition. This Court observed that the learned A.G.P., on instructions made a statement that the Tahsildar would submit the report within a period of 15 days and the Sub Divisional Officer shall take further steps within a period of two months. The respondents are not deciding the said proposal, on the other hand threatening the petitioner with consequence of eviction. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents.

The order is already passed on 20.07.2020 in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner. If the respondents are not complying with the order, the petitioner has other remedy available. The petitioner is not issued with any notice of eviction. The FIR is registered against the petitioner and others under the provisions of the Forest Act on 08.07.2020 i.e. prior to the disposal of the earlier writ petition. 4.

In the light of the above, we do not find the circumstances existing to entertain the present petition. The petitioner is at liberty to prosecute other remedy available or if any further notice is issued to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate against the said notice.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
