The petitioner's claim as belonging to Koli Mahadeo scheduled tribe is pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee since the year 2015. The respondent - employer has been insisting her to produce the tribe validity certificate which obviously she is unable to.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent - scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's claim as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months.
