The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to Second Year B. E. course. The validation proceeding is pending since July 2019. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents. 3.

The petitioner has approached the Court late. The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to the professional course, the respondent No. 2 / committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the proceeding by
