For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, 50% on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security/bank guaranty in the like amount. Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till disposal of the appeal. Both the civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
