The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1785 days in all these applications for filing Review Applications. The learned Counsel for the respondents under affidavit-inreply strongly opposed the applications on the ground of huge delay and also for unexplained deliberate delay. 3.
However, it is significant note that another Review Application is already registered and kept for final hearing alongwith these applications. In view of the same, all these applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.3,000/- (rupees Three Thousands only), each to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad till 2nd August, 2024.

The Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. 5.
The Review Applications of the applicants be registered after removal of office objections, if any, and after deposit of 2/3
cost amount.
