Order :- Present matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 14th December, 2017. Mr. Bafna, learned counsel for applicants submits that though the matter was withdrawn on instructions of the clients, however, inadvertently prayer regarding refund of statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal is remained to be made. He further submits that prayer in regard to refund of the statutory amount be considered. 2.

In view of aforesaid submission, the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal be refunded to the appellant. Accordingly, the necessary corrections be made in the Order dated 14th December, 2017. Corrected writ be issued accordingly. Certified copies, if are already issued, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.
