PER COURT :

After having heard learned counsel for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief to the applicant. Mr. Ostwal, learned counsel for the applicant came around and seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to move the trial Court after filing of the charge sheet. The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
