This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Perused the impugned award. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The amount be paid to the applicants, equally. The amount payable to the minor applicants be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank until they attain the age of majority. The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank, pending the appeal.
