Both the Courts below have held the appellant to be an encroacher on the suit land, which belongs to the government or Gram Panchayat. Admittedly, the appellant does not have any document of title to the suit property. Therefore, no substantial question of law arise in this second appeal. Same is, therefore, dismissed.
