The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are exploring possibility of seeking admission in the professional course. Their validation proceedings are pending with the committee. Directions be given to decide the same within a period of eight days.

The petitioners have approached the Court very late. The petitioners were aware of their further course of action. They ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of seeking admission in the professional course, the respondent No. 2 / committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 30.10.2020. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 09.10.2020.
