Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. He submits that already proceedings filed by the complainant have been adjudicated and disposed of and, therefore, initiation of another complaint under the provisions of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Ordinance, 2014 is not maintainable in view of principles of res judicata since provisions of Code of Civil Procedure are made applicable under the new Act.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicants and also

3776.14crapln perused the pleadings in the application. In our opinion, the application is premature. Even, notices are not issued to the applicants in the pending proceedings and, therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this application by invoking inherent powers u/s 482 of Cr.P.C.

Application stands rejected.
