The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending with the scrutiny committee since June 2019. The same is not decided. The petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission in Engineering Course of IIT-JEE examination. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding within a period of two weeks.

The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to the professional course, the respondent No. 2 / committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the validation
