Issue notices for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 13.06.2025. The learned Advocate for the applicant/ petitioner is directed to additionally serve the respondents by private service.

Apart from this, petitioner to serve the respondents by substituted service i.e. by paper publication for respondent No.1 in Daily newspaper "Apla Maharashtra" largely circulated in Dhule and for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in Daily newspaper "Samna", which is circulated in Mumbai.
