PER COURT :- The present application is filed by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court.

Initially, the applicants were permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- as well as the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by way of statutory requirement. Thus, the applicants have already withdrawn a total amount of Rs.1,60,000/-. Thereafter, the Insurance Company has deposited the balance amount also and the same is sought to be withdrawn by the applicants. The learned Counsel for the respondent Insurance Company does not have any objection for permitting withdrawal

{2} 901 CA 8706 of 2018 of the said amount. As such the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount as deposited by the Insurance Company alongwith interest accrued, if any, thereon.

II) Civil application No.8706 of 2018 stands disposed of. (P.R.BORA) JUDGE SPT
