Per Court :- Mr. Dnyaneshwar B. Pokale, learned counsel submits that, during pendency of present Application, the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed the Charge-Sheet. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to the Applicant to file bail application, afresh before the learned trial court. Prayer is accepted. Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the Applicant to file bail application, afresh before the learned trial court in view of subsequent filing of the charge sheet.
