Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in Writ Petition No. 6829 of 2020 the petitioner has completed his Diploma in Engineering and is exploring possibility of seeking

2 917-wp 6829-2020+.odt admission to Second Year B. E. course. The vigilance is completed. In Writ Petition No. 6830 of 2020 the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission in Engineering course. In that matter vigilance is also completed.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents in respective matters.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of seeking admission in the professional course, the respondentcommittee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the proceedings by 10.11.2020. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 09.10.2020.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
