PER COURT :- 1.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. He would submit that the anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by the Session Court on 21st June, 2021, has been cancelled by the same Court on 17th February, 2022. The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in the same crime in which the anticipatory bail was granted by the learned Sessions Court on 21st June, 2021.

The learned APP would submit that the applicant has not challenged the order of cancelling the anticipatory bail. However, he approached this Court because non-bailable warrant is issued against the applicant. The applicant has not availed proper remedy. Hence, the application may not be entertained.

In view of the arguments advanced by the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to fle appropriate petition before the appropriate Court.
