The learned Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 has tendered across the Bar a purshis signed by respondents No.1 and 2 contending therein that the respondent No.3 was the daughter of respondent No.1 and sister of respondent No.2. It is further contended that respondent No.3 was a divorcee and issue-less and as such, no legal representatives of respondent No.3 are required to be brought on record. Purshis is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. In view of submission so made, service complete. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 123 days caused in filing the present appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law.
