The petitioner has tendered an application to the Sub-Divisional Officer for issuance of the tribe certificate recording correct spelling of the tribe 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioner is in receipt

2 Sr917&933WP7054.2018 of the tribe certificate issued by the competent authority wherein the description of the tribe has been recorded wrongly and said description is not in consonance with the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.

In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer to issue a tribe certificate on production of the tribe certificate already received by the petitioner recording the correct spelling of the tribe as 'Mannervarlu'.
