Learned advocate for petitioner has placed on record copy of the certificate issued by respondent Bank on 23/12/2024, stating that petitioner has settled his dues in one time settlement scheme of the bank and has made payment of Rs.26,25,000/- in loan Account No.1020044000008, towards the loan of Rs.15,00,000/-, which he has availed on 25/08/2008. Therefore, no dues are pending towards loan availed by petitioner. The copy of certificate is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

In view of the said certificate declaring that there is no loan subsisting on petitioner as on today, learned advocate for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) SVH
