Since the first appeal is admitted, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of entire decretal amount in this Court, on or before 04th October 2019. The said deadline will not be extended on any count. If the appellant fails to deposit that amount on or before the deadline, it shall be treated that there is no stay. 02.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
