Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter has been heard finally. The petitioner is seeking admission to the second year of the degree course in Engineering and the admission will have to be taken before 31 August 2023.

In view of the exigency, we request the respondent - scrutiny committee to consider and decide the petitioner's claim as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 15 August 2023. Writ petition is disposed of.
