PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner states that validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending.

Mr. Tele, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-Committee does not dispute that Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending consideration. The petitioner has been issued notice asking him to produce validity certificate else further action would be taken. 3.

We have heard learned AGP.

To get the validity decided within a particular time is not in the hands of the litigants.

Considering above, we pass following order.

ORDER

I]. The Respondent Committee shall decide the proceeding pending before it expeditiously and preferably, within nine (09) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

Ii] The Respondent employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. Of course, the respondent employer can take further action in tune with the Judgment of the Committee in validation proceedings.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
